Uncomics.org and all original material published here is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial, No Derivatives license unless otherwise noted, meaning simply that anybody is free to reproduce texts and podcasts from this site unchanged and without commercial gain, with proper citation of the source and author.

So don’t change it, don’t sell it; do credit the author and do spread it to your heart’s content under the same terms and conditions.

Reproduced works

All image rights belong to the respective artists or their estates. No use of images on this site are meant to imply or infringe upon any such rights. The mission of this site is to serve as an educational resource, and images of artworks are only used in a fair use context of the article where they are reproduced, for purposes of information, critique and/or perspective.

The majority of images used are sourced either from the open web, or directly from the artist. We* attempt to cite the sources of reproduced images where possible, but if we* fail to credit a photographer, gallery or institution we* are more than happy to amend the error.
